Appreciation and Certificates
Owing to the integrated management system implemented in both preceding companies, Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. has been awarded several management systems certificates. It is namely the international quality certificate ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 relating to the environmental protection, as the only telecommunications operator in the Czech Republic.
Moreover, the company has been granted with certificates of OHSAS 18001 relating to Health & Safety at Work, ISO 27001 relating to information security, the European Foundation of Quality Management’s (EFQM) Recognised fo Excellence certificate (2006). The Health & Safety at Work guaranteed at minimum according to the applicable legal regulations is unambiguously evidenced by the Health-Supporting Enterprise certificate awarded by the Czech Ministry of Health Care in 2008. We are the first and so far the only telecommunications company in CR that has obtained this certificate.
