O2 | Tariffs and calling

One rate for calling within EU countries.

Calling between EU countries (including the Czech Republic) costs 11.01 CZK/min (13.10 incl. VAT). For incoming calls you pay 5.04 CZK/min (6.00 incl. VAT).

Activation

Until September 30, we are activating O2 Eurotariff automatically for all tariff customers with voice roaming except those who prefer using O2 Smart Roaming , My Europe, or any other special roaming tariff.

Once O2 Eurotariff has been activated, all special roaming tariffs such as O2 Smart Roaming , O2 Travel, or My Europe are deactivated.

Prices in table are listed per minute (or message) with/without 19% VAT. The customer is charged per minute for all incoming and outgoing calls. Prices are the same for video calling, where applicable. When making outgoing calls from one zone to another, the customer is charged the higher rate. For example, if you call zone 2 (Rest of Europe) from zone 1 (EU countries), you will pay 35 CZK/min (without VAT). These prices are not valid for premium-rate numbers and green lines (toll-free lines). Incoming SMS and MMS messages are free of charge.
O2 Eurotariff is intended for all customers have activated O2 Roaming or Easy Roaming. It is not possible to combine it with other special roaming offers, such as O2 Smart Roaming, O2 Travel, or special roaming discounts for business customers, including individual roaming conditions implicit in the Framework Contract.
Activation of O2 Eurotariff automatically deactivates the benefits of the aforementioned offers. The Profi discount is not valid for calls made using the O2 Eurotariff service.
