* 7 Uzavřel-li původní účastník se společností Telefónica O2 Smlouvu se závazkem užívat služby minimálně po určitou dobu (Speciální nabídka O2), může nový účastník převzít číslo pouze tehdy, uzavře-li zároveň s Telefónica O2 Smlouvu, týkající se přebíraného čísla, se stejným závazkem, zkráceným o dobu, po kterou služby užíval původní účastník, zaokrouhlenou na celé měsíce nahoru. V případě porušení závazku se pro výpočet smluvní pokuty (rozdílové částky) použije ceník služeb, účinný v době podání původní Žádosti, resp. v době využití Speciální nabídky O2.

Služba je zdarma, zpoplatněn je pouze uskutečněný hovor dle tarifu volajícího.

This tariff is determined for all customers aged 26 or younger, both new subscribers and subscribers switching from one of the existing tariffs, including customers switching to this tariff from prepaid services. The requirement is a new commitment for 24 months.
As soon as the customer reaches the age of 26, the tariff will be switched automatically to the O2 SMS tariff. However, if the subscriber reaches the age of 26 before the expiration of 24 months from the activation of the tariff, the tariff will be switched to the O2 SMS tariff only as of the expiration date of the customer's 24-month commitment. This does not apply, however, if the commitment is connected with a mobile phone at a favourable price.
Further, the tariff will be changed to the O2 SMS tariff automatically, if the customer breaches the commitment.
The prices of calls are given as prices per minute and the calls are charged per minute; the customer is thus charged for each started minute.
The unused free minutes are transferrable; however, they may be transferred to the immediately following billing period only (i.e. it is not possible to transfer any unused free minutes which have already been transferred from previous billing periods).
* Special price

Ceny za vnitrostátní sazby jsou v Kč za minutu/SMS/MMS s DPH (bez 19% DPH). Účtuje se každá započatá minuta. V případě volání do hlasové schránky se účtuje první minuta celá a dále po sekundách.

Volné jednotky v rámci tarifu se nepřevádějí do dalšího zúčtovacího období a neuplatní se na hovory, SMS nebo MMS poskytované v rámci výhody.

Volné SMS se uplatňují i na směr do pevné sítě.

Společně s tarifem není možné využívat služby O2 Tandem, O2 Star, O2 Spolu, O2 Duet, Volej domů zdarma, O2 Moje Firma, O2 Dlouhý víkend a Víkendová volání.

Tarify O2 NEON jsou poskytovány v režimu Speciální nabídky podmíněné závazkem řádně užívat služby společnosti Telefónica O2 po dobu 24 měsíců. Tuto Speciální nabídku je možné využívat po celou dobu trvání závazku. Vždy po uplynutí doby 24 měsíců se závazek automaticky prodlužuje o stejnou dobu, účastník má však právo toto automatické prodloužení do budoucna kdykoli odmítnout. V případě odmítnutí účastník ztrácí nárok na výhodu poskytovanou v rámci této Speciální nabídky a uplatní se na něj výhoda poskytovaná v rámci tarifu O2 NEON Basic odpovídajícího jeho tarifu původnímu nebo naposledy užívanému. Účastník si může zvolit i jiné tarify v aktuální nabídce Telefónica O2.

Účastník, který si aktivuje tarif O2 NEON se závazkem na 24 měsíců, má možnost v průběhu prvních dvou měsíců trvání závazku tarif zrušit bez vystavení smluvní pokuty a případně se vrátit zpět na předplacenou O2 kartu, pokud původně užíval předplacené služby O2. Tuto možnost nemůže využít účastník, který zakoupil dotovaný mobilní telefon v rámci Speciální nabídky.

Poruší-li účastník svůj závazek, má Telefónica O2 dle čl. 13.7 VP právo na zaplacení smluvní pokuty ve výši součtu měsíčních paušálů za všechny započaté měsíce zbývající do konce závazku ze Speciální nabídky, nejméně však ve výši 150 Kč za každý započatý měsíc. Zbývající doba závazku se počítá podle důvodu, který nastal. Tedy od podání žádosti o předčasné ukončení Speciální nabídky či od podání žádosti o přerušení poskytování služeb. Bude-li účastník v prodlení s úhradou vyúčtování déle než 65 dnů, začne zbývající doba závazku bežet uplynutím výpovědní doby, v ostatních případech okamžikem porušení závazku.

Tuto Speciální nabídku - tarif nelze kombinovat s jinou Speciální nabídkou. Jedinou výjimkou je kombinovaná Speciální nabídka tarifu a zvýhodněné ceny telefonu, přičemž v takovém případě se účastník zavazuje řádně využívat sjednané služby po dobu 36 měsíců. *1 V období od 1.12.2005 do 31.12.2009 je cena snížena na 1,00 Kč s DPH (0,84 Kč bez DPH). Potom bude standardní cena za Videovolání 7,00 Kč s DPH (5,88 Kč bez DPH). Služba O2 Videovolání se účtuje po celých minutách. Cena služby O2 Web Videovolání je stejná s cenou služby O2 Videovolání.

The chosen units are not transferred into the next billing period. The prices are in Czk without VAT (with VAT of 19%). Other services are charged according to the new Price List of basic and optional GSM services.

In case of activation Tarif Tandem C in the period between 2 May 2007 and 31 May 2007, the customer will get 20 free minutes (within his/her monthly tariff) for 3 months to O2 networks in the Czechc Republic, except for the lines charged under a special rate. The extra free minutes will be used after the other free minutes are used, i. e. associated with the tariff, Benefit points or Top packages. Unused free minutes cannot be transfrered. The offer applies to actiovation of the new service Tandem or to switching from another operator or from O2 pre-pay services.

▪ Should the contractual commitment be infringed, the provider is entitled to seek a penalty in the amount of CZK 150 per each month remaining to the commitment expiry.

▪ The monthly flat fee charged for O2 Business 150, O2 Business 300, O2 Business 600, O2 Business 1200, O2 Business Nonstop price plans includes the Detailed Electronic Account service fee.

▪ A customer may not use the chosen price plan in conflict with the applicable regulations or the provider’s General Terms & Conditions, namely the obligations according to Articles 4.1.6, 4.2.1 4.2.2. The provider is entitled to charge a contractual penalty to the customer for each case of breach of obligations according to the articles given hereabove in the amount of CZK 70,000 per each SIM card and the billing period, in which at least one such infringement occurred.

▪ The abuse of benefits provided to O2 Business Nonstop price plans means in this respect any interconnection, routing, artificial or automated generation of calls, intentional aggravation of network quality by automatically generated calls, using the price plan primarily for the purpose of any financial or other unlawful enrichment of the customer or a third party, or using the price plan for purposes unusual for a subscriber’s standard conduct, i.e. using more than 10,000 minutes within a single calendar month.

Zneužitím výhod v rámci tarifů O2 Business Nonstop MAX a O2 Business Unlimited se v této souvislosti také rozumí jakékoli propojování, směrování, umělé nebo automatické generování hovorů, úmyslné snižování kvality sítě automaticky generovanými hovory, využití primárně za účelem získávání jakéhokoliv finančního popř. jiného neoprávněného prospěchu účastníka, popř. třetí strany nebo využívání výhod v rozsahu neobvyklém pro standardní chování účastníka, tedy např. v rozsahu větším než 10 000 minut v období jednoho kalendářního měsíce.

Firemním zákazníkem se pro účely Ceníku rozumí účastník, který je právnickou osobou nebo fyzickou osobou podnikající dle právních předpisů. Tarify jsou určeny pro využívání v rámci podnikatelské činnosti anebo činnosti, pro níž byla právnická osoba založena.

Tarif O2 Business 150 MAX, O2 Business 360 MAX je určen pouze pro firemní zákazníky s platnou Rámcovou smlouvu uzavřenou nejméně na dobu 24 měsíců.

Tarify O2 Business MAX (kromě výše uvedeného Business 150 MAX, O2 Business 360 MAX) mohou využít firemní zákazníci při podpisu smlouvy se závazkem řádně užívat služby Telefónica O2 po dobu 24 měsíců. Poruší-li firemní zákazník svůj závazek, má Telefónica O2 dle čl. 13.7 VP právo na zaplacení smluvní pokuty ve výši součtu měsíčních paušálů za všechny započaté měsíce zbývající do konce závazku ze Speciální nabídky, nejméně však ve výši 150 Kč za každý započatý měsíc. Zbývající doba závazku se počítá podle důvodu, který nastal. Tedy od podání žádosti o předčasné ukončení Speciální nabídky či od podání žádosti o přerušení poskytování služeb. Bude-li firemní zákazník v prodlení s úhradou vyúčtování déle než 65 dnů, začne zbývající doba závazku bežet uplynutím výpovědní doby, v ostatních případech okamžikem porušení závazku.

Po řádném splnění závazku mohou firemní zákazníci využívat zvolený tarif i po uplynutí sjednané doby.

Pro firemní zákazníky s platnou Rámcovou smlouvou uzavřenou nejméně na dobu 24 měsíců jsou tarify nabízeny mimo režim Speciální nabídky (tj. bez závazku).

Speciální nabídku tarifů O2 Business MAX nelze kombinovat s jinou Speciální nabídkou

The customer has to meet the criteria of O2 for using a Special Offer. This Special Offer cannot be combined with other Special Offer. The customer undertakes to use services provided by Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. for at least for 24 months from the day of using the Special Offer tariff. This tariff can be used only for the period of 24 months from the date of start of this Special Offer. After 24 months Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s.  is authorise to change the customer's tariff back to the original one, possibly to a tariff similar to the original one or the last one used by the customer.
The customer may choose other tariffs as well, which are listed in the O2's updated offer.                                            
If the customer breaches conditions of the Offer or VP, Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s.  may charge him a fine in line with the Article 11.6 VP in the amount of 150 CZK for each month remaining to the end of the commitment resulting from the Special Offer.

Tarify (MAX, O2 Bronz MAX, O2 Silver MAX, O2 Gold MAX, O2 Platinum MAX, O2 Diamant MAX) lze od 15.5.2008 nově aktivovat pouze firemním účastníkům a v rámci IZS. Firemním účastníkem je podnikatel dle platných právních předpisů.

Účastník se zavazuje užívat služby Telefónica O2 nejméně po dobu 24 měsíců ode dne využití této Speciální nabídky – tarifu. Tento tarif je možno využívat pouze po dobu 24 měsíců ode dne využití této Speciální nabídky. Po uplynutí této doby je společnost Telefónica O2 oprávněna změnit účastníkovi tarif zpět na původní, popř. tarif podobného tarifu původnímu nebo naposledy užívanému. Účastník si může zvolit i jiné tarify uvedené v aktuální nabídce Telefónica O2

Poruší-li účastník svůj závazek, má Telefónica O2 dle čl. 13.7 VP právo na zaplacení smluvní pokuty ve výši součtu měsíčních paušálů za všechny započaté měsíce zbývající do konce závazku ze Speciální nabídky, nejméně však ve výši 150 Kč za každý započatý měsíc. Ceny za vnitrostátní sazby jsou v Kč za minutu/SMS/MMS s DPH (bez 19 % DPH). Účtuje se každá započatá minuta. V případě volání do hlasové schránky se účtuje první minuta celá a dále po sekundách.

Aktivace tarifu je možná i na základě přechodu z jiného tarifu O2 Mobilní hlasové služby bez ukončení Speciální nabídky v případě, že účastník využívá Speciální nabídku nákupu dotovaného mobilního telefonu s původním závazkem řádně využívat služby O2 po dobu 24 měsíců. Původní závazek účastníka nadále trvá za dohodnutých podmínek bez ohledu na změnu tarifu.

Aktivace tarifu na základě přechodu z jiného tarifu O2 Mobilní hlasové služby bez ukončení Speciální nabídky není možná, pokud je původní tarif poskytován v režimu Speciální nabídky dotovaného tarifu.

Pokud účastník s tarifem nově využije Speciální nabídku nákupu dotovaného mobilního telefonu, zavazuje se k řádnému využívání O2 Mobilní hlasové služby a placení měsíční paušální částky nejméně odpovídající zvolenému minimálnímu plnění na dobu 24 měsíců.

Při aktivaci tarifu je O2 oprávněna požadovat jednorázovou záruku 200,- Kč. O2 je oprávněna záruku použít na úhradu ceny za poskytnuté služby. Pokud účastník řádně a včas uhradí vyúčtování za poskytnuté služby ve třech po sobě jdoucích úplných zúčtovacích obdobích, která následují po zaplacení záruky, a záruka nebude v těchto třech po sobě jdoucích zúčtovacích obdobích spotřebována na úhradu ceny za poskytnuté služby, záruka bude účastníkovi vrácena.

Na jedno RČ nebo IČ je možné aktivovat maximálně 3 SIM s tarifem O2 ZERO.

K tarifu lze zřídit pouze roamingový tarif O2 Eurotarif a doplňkové služby O2 Internet v mobilu a O2 Info Limit.

Pokud bude mít účastník po dobu 12-ti po sobě jdoucích měsíců na SIM kartě s tarifem O2 ZERO nulovou útratu, je O2 oprávněna poskytování O2 Mobilní hlasové služby ukončit.

Only SIM card of the O2 Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple tariff can be activated per one person on the condition the customer provides an ISIC card or certificate of being a student not older than 3 months. A statutory representative may enter into the contract on behalf of a student under 18 years of age (i.e. aged between 6 and 17). Underage students (i.e. between 6 and 17 years of age) are not allowed to switch from Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple tariff to another O2 tariff.

The tariff O2 Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple may be activated together with the Special Offer or separately. The Special Offer may be used with the tariff O2 Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple. The tariff O2 Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple may not be activated by other person.

When transferring from prepaid O2 services to monthly payments the customer may use the Mobil+ services.

From May 1, 2005, the O2 Comfort tariff can only activated for a definite period of time - 12 months. Once this period expires, the O2 Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple tariff is automatically changed to the nearest standard tariff - O2 Start (or to another tariff with the closest lower recurring monthly fee). Before the 12-month period expires, a student can re-activate the service for another 12 months by resubmitting documents proving student status (confirmation of studies or ISIC cards).

Customers buying a mobile phone offered at a special price with the O2 SMS tariff and concluding an agreement for 24 months (as part of the new activation of the Mobil+ service) will be provided with the O2 SMS tariff for the entire 24 months.

The activated tariff Pohoda the customer may use without age not time limits until the expiration of the contract with O2 or before he activates a new tariff with O2.

The tariff O2 Pohoda, O2 Pohoda Simple may not be combined with a package TOP Relax, however it is possible to combine with the following services Tandem A, Duet, and O2 Star.

Ceny jsou uvedeny v Kč s 19% DPH (bez 19% DPH)

V rámci balíčku Volej domu mohou zákazníci po vyčerpání volných jednotek svého paušálu bezplatně volat v rámci ČR na 1 - 3 čísla v síti O2 (1 fixní číslo v síti O2, 1 fixní číslo v síti O2+2 mobilní čísla v síti O2 nebo 1-3 mobilní čisla v síti O2). Aktivace i deaktivace služby je bezplatná. Služba je automaticky reaktivována. V případě přechodu z vyššího tarifu na nižší je je účtován poplatek ve výši 41,18 Kč bez DPH (49,00 Kč s DPH).

Změna čísla ve skupině je možná až po uplynutí zúčtovacího období. Zákazníci, kteří si jako číslo zvolí dalšího paušálního zákazníka si tuto službu nemohou aktivovat pokud:mají mezi sebou službu O2 Star, O2 Spolu, O2 Tandem, Jdu taky nebo je-li účastnické číslo zákazníka součástí projektu Krizového řízení. Aktivace je možná pouze po předchozí deaktivaci uvedených služeb.

* Monthly fee applies to all mobile lines on which the O2 My Company service has been activated. If the service is activated / suspended during a billing period the user is charged a relative portion of the normal price.

O2 My Company groups

Each mobile line can be a member of one of the "O2 My Company" groups.
One IC can represent no more than one "O2 My Company" group.
An "O2 My Company" group is composed of mobile lines registered under the same IC with two or five members.
The "O2 My Company" group may include mobile lines with the following tariffs: O2 Bronz, O2 Silver, O2 Gold, O2 Platinum, O2 Diamant, O2 Business, O2 Optimum, O2 Relax, O2 Simple, O2 SMS, and O2 Optimum Profi (Promo) - including all MAX versions.

V případě aktivace služby Internet v mobilu ve verzi Plus nebo jiné služby O2 Internet Mobil, bude zákazníkovi navýšena celková cena balíčku iPhone o rozdíl ceny služeb Internet v mobilu a Internet v mobilu Plus resp. jiné služby O2 Internet Mobil, dle platných podmínek Služby.

U všech balíčků iPhone se nevyčerpané volné minuty nad rámec hlasového tarifu nepřevádějí do následujícího zúčtovacího období.

Volné minuty a SMS nad rámec hlasového tarifu jsou čerpány vždy až po vyčerpání standardních volných minut a SMS v rámci hlasového tarifu. Po uplynutí 24 měsíců od aktivace balíčku budou všechny volné minuty a SMS nad rámec hlasového tarifu automaticky deaktivovány.

Speciální cena služby O2 Hot Spot s tarifem Nonstop za 0,- Kč měsíčně se uplatní pouze po dobu prvních 24 měsíců užívání Služby. Po uplynutí 24 měsíců se cena automaticky řídí platným ceníkem služby.

V případě změny balíčku iPhone na jiný balíček iPhone jsou volné minuty a SMS nad rámec tarifu od účinnosti změny nastaveny dle nově zvoleného balíčku. V případě změny na jiný tarif musí dojít k ukončení příslušné Speciální nabídky podle jejích podmínek, jsou deaktivovány volné minuty a SMS nad rámec tarifu a současně je služba O2 Hot Spot s tarifem Nonstop nadále zpoplatněna dle platného ceníku.

The service mean unlimited calls from Friday 00:01 till Sunday 23:59 to all mobile and fixed-line numbers in O2 network within the Czech Republic. The service is not aplly for roaming and calls with special rate. The consumption of the free minutes will start after the exhaustion of all free minutes from the tariff and the TOP bundle or after the exhaustion of all credits from O2 Simple tariffs. It is not allowed to combine the Dlouhý víkend service with the Víkendová volání service. The service will be activated after sending an SMS (format DV) to 999235. The service will be de-activated after sending an SMS (format DV D) to 999235. The service cannot be activated until 30 days from the last service activation.
