The activities of ČESKOSLOVENSKÝ MOTORSPORT a.s. Hradec Králové are focused on motor sport. Te company is managed by Stanislav Matějovský, former experienced racer with 27 years of motor racing career. He participated in kart races, circuit races, up-hill races and motor races, including FIA European Truck Racing Cup where he won the title of Super Race Truck European Champion in 2001 with his Tatra truck. In 2002, he concluded his motor racing career to be replaced in truck races by a young racer, Adam Lacko, who switched to MAN truck in Race Truck category (ČESKÝ TELECOM Prima Team) in 2004 and, among the fierce European truck rivals, he managed to take third place in that year.

These activities have been extended since 2005 within the framework a project called O2 Internet Prima Team; since mid-2006 the team has been renamed O2 Prima Team. In both years, the team managed to win the title of Champion of the Czech Republic, being the best-placed team in the Championship of the Czech Republic in circuit motor races!

In this period, Adam Lacko and Michal Matějovský have been the prime racers of the team. Thus, Adam Lacko, who got into racing car Alfa Romeo 156 Super 2000 in 2005, has become the first Czech racer taking part in selected races at FIA World Touring Car Championship, and also another Czech racer who participated in Special category at FIA GT. In 2006, Adam Lacko again focused on FIA European Truck Racing Cup, where - among the best thirty European racers and despite his non-participation in one of the races due to injury - he took eighth place. The other racer succeeding in 2005 and 2006 among the best ones was Michal Matějovský. He represented the team successfully in a prestigious national contest Česká pojišťovna Škoda Octavia Cup. There, he took fifth place in 2006, and fourth place in 2006. Several times, he took one of the first three places also in some other races, such as Divinol Tourenwagen Cup, BMW 1 Challenge, etc. At the end of season 2006, he became a double winner of a racing contest Škoda-Česká pojišťovna Challenge.

In addition to Adam Lacko and Michal Matějovský, other racers too regularly took part in races on behalf of O2 Prima Team: Miroslav Forman, Jan Urban, Juraj Šedivý, Stanislav Lepka and Jiří Nykodým in the series of ČPŠOC, the Championship of the Czech Republic - Division 4, Divinol Tourenwagen Cup 2005 and 2006, and also very young racer Jiří Forman in the Kart Racing Championship of the Czech Republic. In the last two years, particularly Forman and Šedivý proved that they ranked among the top racers at the Championship of the Czech Republic - Division 4, second highest category (i.e. up to 2000 ccm), since Miroslav Forman took second place and Juraj Šedivý took third place in the total classification in 2006.

The attractive environment of the best Czech team in the classification of the Championship of the Czech Republic in circuit motor racing - O2 Prima Team of ČESKOSLOVENSKÝ MOTORSPORT a.s. in Hradec Králové, as well as the products and environment of a leading telecommunications company - Telefónica O2, form together a basis for interesting partnership cooperation. The smell of petrol captivates men of any age, and increasingly also women, who are often keen drivers in today's active style of life. Motor sport is about speed, precision, reliability, new technologies and their continuous improvements - and this is also the reason why ever more often different business partners meet in the background of O2 Prima Team, not only to discuss their business but also to watch an exciting race.

O ₂ Prima Team wants to follow this path also in 2007 as well as in the years to come. In particular, they will be focusing on prestigious national circuit motor races - Česká pojišťovna Škoda Octavia Cup and Circuit Motor Racing Championship of the Czech Republic. By participating in international races, they will be aiming at gradual mastering of such categories as Seat Leon Supercopa or FIA World Touring Car Championship.
