InfoLimit

The InfoLimit service has been terminated. The e-účet service has replaced it. For more information, and to activate the e-účet service, go to www.e-ucet.cz.

InfoLimit protects your phone number against abuse. The service notifies you promptly whenever the amount owed on your phone bill has exceeded your long-term average by more than 20% .

Service benefits

• automatically sets telephone fee limits based on your last five bills
• compares current telephone fees with the limit that has been set for the monitored account
• monitors fees for calls and Internet usage

If your account's limit is exceeded, we will notify you no later than the very next day at a number of your choice. We will inform you of the current status of your telephone bill and give you the number of an information line where you will be provided with detailed information and advised of protective measures that should be taken.

Service activation

1. Call the toll-free line 800 123 456.
2. Tell us the number of the line you wish to monitor and the phone number at which you want to be notified.
3. The service will be activated within no less than three business days.
4. You will be notified of service activation at the number that you have chosen.
