O2 Top Relax

The O2 Top Relax package lets you make calls to O2 and fixed-line numbers for as little as CZK 2 per minute (CZK 2.38 including VAT) after 4pm on weekdays and all day long on weekends. You can give your tariff this extra boost for only CZK 100 (CZK 120 including VAT) per month.

What's more, activation and deactivation of the service are free of charge!

Activating and deactivating the service

1. Via SMS
   • To activate:
     Send an SMS to the phone number 999111 consisting of the keyword TOPRE A XXXXXX (where XXXXXX represents your six-digit identification number).
   • To deactivate:
     Send an SMS to the phone number 999111 consisting of the keyword TOPRE D XXXXXX (where XXXXXX represents your six-digit identification number).
     
2. Via the automated voice system
   Call the Customer Care Center *11 and follow the automated voice prompts. This call is free of charge from your O2 mobile phone.
3. Get assistance from one of our specialists
   Call the Customer Care Center *11 and ask one of our consultants to activate or deactivate the service for you. The call is free of charge from your O2 mobile phone.
4. At brand stores or authorized dealers
   The O2 Top Relax packages, and all the other O2 Top ups, can be easily activated at all brand stores or authorized dealers.

Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please see the Czech version of this page for the legally binding terms and conditions.

• Free minutes included in the Top Relax package can be used to make calls to O2 and fixed-line numbers between 4pm and 8am on weekdays, and all day on weekends and bank holidays. The package can only be activated with the new O2 Tariffs that are valid as of February 1, 2005. It cannot be activated with the O2 Individual, O2 Start, and O2 Pohoda (student tariff) tariffs.
• The O2 Top SMS, O2 Top MMS, O2 Top Weekend and O2 Top Fixed packages are designed to be used with the NEON tariffs (O2 NEON XS, O2 NEON S, O2 NEON SMS, O2 NEON M, O2 NEON L, O2 NEON XL, O2 NEON XXL), as well as with NEON Basic and archived O2 SMS, O2 Bronz, O2 Silver, O2 Gold, O2 Platinum, O2 Diamant tariffs), discount versions of standard tariffs (Max), or special tariffs (O2 Pohoda, O2 Individual, and O2 Start) as well as with any of O2's original tariffs (O2 Individual, Relax, Relax Plus, Optimum, Optimum Plus, Business 200, Business 300 a Business 600) or VPN tariff variations.
• The O2 Top Relax package may not be used with special tariffs or with original O2 Tariffs.
• The O2 Top Night and O2 Top Calling packages may be used only with original O2 Tariffs. The O2 Top Calling service may not be activated with the O2 Praktik tariff, the O2 Individual tariff, and tariffs associated with the O2 Tandem service.
• Activation and deactivation of the service are free of charge.
• Both customers with time-specified contracts and those with time-unspecified contracts can activate O2 Top ups.
• You do not need to sign a 24-month contract to be able to use O2 Top ups.
• Free units from your standard tariff and from O2 Top ups are used in the following order:
  
  • Weekend minutes, weekend SMS messages, and weekend MMS messages are used once the free minutes, SMS messages, and MMS messages from the customer's tariff have been used up.
  • If an O2 Top Package is activated during a billing period, a proportional part of the monthly fee, weekend minutes, SMS messages, and MMS messages, will be billed.
  • No other discount applies to O2 Top ups (e.g. Profi discount).
  • Free minutes cannot be used for calling voice mail and VPN .
  • Only one O2 Top Package of its kind can be purchased per telephone number - but you may combine different packages.
  • Unused free units cannot be transferred to the next billing period.
  • O2 Top ups can be activated with Tandem cards, with the exception of O2 Top Minutes, Top Calling, and Top Relax.
