MMS activation
To start using MMS services, you need to set up your phone correctly and activate the MMS service. If you do not have the MMS service activated automatically, you can do so in the following way, based on whether you are a postpaid customer or if you have a prepaid O2 karta.
Activate MMS
- send an SMS to the phone number 999 111 in the following format: MMS A
- enter *111*# in the menu

call the Customer Care Center at *11 from your mobile.
if you need to, you can block the receiving of MMS messages. Just send an SMS to the phone number 999 111 in the following format:
MMS D
only SMS messages with information about storage of received MMS on the internet are sent to your phone after deactivation
Block MMS
- send an SMS with the keyword MMS D to the phone number 999 11
Activate MMS for O2 prepaid phones
An O2 prepaid telephone enables you to do almost everything with MMS that contract customers can - all you'v e got to do is activate the service and set upyour phone for MMS.
Call the Customer Care Center toll-free at *11.
Configure MMS on your phone
- Send a free SMS with the keyword MMS to the phone number 999 555. Code for configuration confirmation: 12345. (Note: if you don’t receive a configuration SMS within 30 minutes, your handset model was not recognized. More at www.cz.o2.com/konfigurator or call *50)
- Call the Customer Care Center at *11
