The O2 Top Fixed package gives you 150 free minutes for calling fixed-line numbers in the Czech Republic. What's more, you can call any time day or night.

Activation and deactivation of the service
1. Via SMS
- Activation
Send an SMS containing the keyword TOPPEV A xxxxxx to the telephone number 999111
- Deactivation
send an SMS containing the keyword TOPPEV D xxxxxx to the telephone number 999111
( xxxxxx represents your six-digit customer identification number)
2. Via automatic voice menu
Simply dial *11 from your O2 mobile and follow the automatic voice prompts. The call is free of charge.
3. Via operator
Call *11 and one of our helpful operators will be happy to activate or deactivate the service for you. This call is free of charge from an O2 mobile phone.
4. At brand stores and authorized dealers
O2 Top ups can be easily activated and deactivated at any brand store or authorized dealer. The nearest one to you can be found here.
Terms and conditions:
- The O2 Top SMS, O2 Top MMS, O2 Top Weekend and O2 Top Fixed packages are designed to be used with the NEON tariffs (O2 NEON XS, O2 NEON S, O2 NEON SMS, O2 NEON M, O2 NEON L, O2 NEON XL, O2 NEON XXL), as well as with NEON Basic and archived O2 SMS, O2 Bronz, O2 Silver, O2 Gold, O2 Platinum, O2 Diamant tariffs), discount versions of standard tariffs (Max), or special tariffs (O2 Pohoda, O2 Individual, and O2 Start) as well as with any of O2's original tariffs (O2 Individual, Relax, Relax Plus, Optimum, Optimum Plus, Business 200, Business 300 a Business 600) or VPN tariff variations.
- The O2 Top Relax package may not be used with special tariffs or with original O2 Tariffs.
- The O2 Top Night and O2 Top Calling packages may be used only with original O2 Tariffs, with the exception of O2 Praktik, O2 Individual, and tariffs associated with the O2 Tandem service, with which the O2 Top Calling service may not be activated.
- Activation and deactivation of the service are free of charge.
- Both customers with a time-specified contract and those with a time-unspecified contract can activate O2 Top ups.
- You do not need to sign a 24-month contract to be able to use O2 Top ups.
- Free units from your standard tariff and O2 Top ups are used up in the following order:
- Weekend minutes, weekend SMS messages, and weekend MMS messages are used once the free minutes, SMS messages, and MMS messages from the customer's tariff have been used up.
- If an O2 Top Package is activated during a billing period, a proportional part of the monthly fee, weekend minutes, SMS messages, and MMS messages, will be billed.
- No other discount applies to O2 Top ups(e.g. Profi discount).
- Free minutes cannot be used for calling voice mail and VPN .
- Only one O2 Top Package of its kind can be purchased per telephone number - but you may combine different packages.
- Unused free units cannot be transferred to the next billing period.
- O2 Top ups can be activated with Tandem cards, with the exception of O2 Top Minutes, Top Calling, and Top Relax.

O2 TOP Fixed - free minutes are applied for calls during weekdays, bank holidays and week-ends to the fixed network
- O2 Top services can be activated with the following tariffs : O2 Tandem A, O2 Tandem B, O2 Tandem C (except for O2 Top Relax) and further with : NEON (O2 NEON XS, O2 NEON S, O2 NEON SMS, O2 NEON M, O2 NEON L, O2 NEON XL, O2 NEON XXL) and NEON Basic.
- With the folowing tariffs O2 Business 30, O2 Business 120, O2 Business 150, O2 Business 300, O2 Business 600, O2 Business 1200 and O2 Business Nonstop can be combined only O2 Top SMS package.
- SMS sent to ICQ application will be charged depending on the current tariff without the application of free SMS.
Mini Packages
- The SMS Mini package - 100 free SMS* for CZK 84.00 (100.00)
- Free SMS apply to all directions (except for the fixed network and Premium SMS)
- Minuty Mini package - 33 free minutes* for CZK 84.00 (100.00)
- Free minutes count for calls for national rate.
- Prices are set forth in the table below in CZK DPH (VAT excluded / 19% VAT included).
* The offer applies in the period 10/1 - 11/31/2004 for selected contractual customers. TOP SMS and TOP Call packages are available for other contractual customers.
- Activation and deactivation of O2 TOP services is free of charge.
- Free minutes, SMS and MMS unused are not transferred to the next billing period. Free minutes do not relate to calling the voice mail.
- Free minutes unused are not transferred to the next billing period and do not relate to calling the voice mail (unless doubled up minutes due to the O2 TOP Minutes Service).
- It is possible to purchase one O2 TOP packet of selected category. It is also possible to combine O2 TOP services of different categories.
- TOP minutes, SMS and MMS are applied after the free minutes, SMS and MMS from the tariff of the customer have been used.
- If the O2 TOP service is activated during the billing period, proportional part of the monthly payment and free minutes, SMS or MMS is charged.
