How to order and use the service

This service is intended solely for O2 postpaid customers. The user books the number of conference ports they require and they are then fully available to them at all times, even if the conference system is fully occupied.

The user will receive access passwords, which they can use to set up conference calls on up to the maximum number of allocated ports.

Order the service via your business representative or the Customer Care Line.

Where to call

The access number is an O2 mobile number: 606 000 601. This number can be included in O2 Team.

Prices

Service activation is free of charge.

Monthly fees per allocated conference port:

• 2-10 ports, per port - 1,900 CZK/month
• 11^th-20^th port, per port - 1,400 CZK/month
• 21^st and each additional port - 900 CZK/month

Prices shown do not include VAT.

Example: calculation of the monthly fee for 15 ports: 10 x 1,900 + 5 x 1,400 = 19,000 + 6,000 = CZK 26,000 without VAT

Calling the O2 Conference system:

• regardless of their network, users are calling an O2 mobile number and are charged in accordance with their tariff
• this number can be included in O2 Team
