FAQ

I have the MMS service activated but I have not received MMS settings for my new phone. Why?

It is possible that your new phone does not support MMS messages. If that is the case, our service does not send MMS settings.

Will I receive settings every time I insert my SIM card to a new phone?

No. Only in case this phone has not be set via O2 Nastavení yet.

What if I do not save the settings in my phone or if I wrongly change it later?

O2 Nastavení service only registers if the settings have been sent. It does not recognize if you save these settings in your phone or even if you change them. The system remembers that it has already sent settings to this phone and it will not send automatic settings again.
