O2 Nastavení

When the O2 Nastavení (O2 Settings) service is activated by the end of 2008, you will be able to set up MMS and WAP on your mobile simply. Even when you purchase a new phone you won't have to worry about complicated settings adjustments.

As soon asO2 Nastavení is automatically activated , and after you have switched your phone off and on again, you will receive an SMS informing you of the services you have activated. For MMS, you will receive a short text message stating: “Za chvili obdrzite nastaveni pro sluzbu MMS. Bude-li mobil pozadovat PIN , zadejte 12345. Nastaveni je zdarma. Vice o O2 Nastaveni na www.cz.o2.com nebo *50. O2.” (You will receive the settings for the MMS service shortly. If your mobile requests a PIN , enter 12345. The set-up process is free. Shortly afterwards you will receive the actual settings. They will be displayed in a different way on every phone but they will most likely be similar to the following:

• service settings received
• MMS O2 Nastaveni
• APN MMS
• save service settings change Yes / No

Note: Do not forget to enter 12345 if you are asked for a PIN.
WAP settings work in a similar way.

The service functions automatically, even when you use your SIM card in a different phone. As soon as you insert your SIM card into a phone on which O2 Nastavení has not adjusted the settings, our system will recognize it. We will then automatically send you the settings you require for the services you have activated.
