Information about your account
There are several ways to check the amount of your last issued invoice. Choose the one that best suits your needs.
Invoice for fixed-line services
- The E-account service provides you with the option of monitoring your bill via the Internet. You will no longer have to store old paper bills and you will have total control over your account.
Invoice for mobile services
- by phone at the Customer Care Line *11 via automatic voice messaging system (choice 4 - 1)
- by phone at the Customer Care Line *11 via operator (choice 9)
- • via an SMS message through the O2 Info Invoicing service
O2 Info Invoicing
On the day your invoice is issued, you will receive an SMS with details - it will contain the amount, a variable symbol and maturity date. Simply call us at *11 and we will be happy to activate this service for you.
O2 Maturity Date
After you activate this service, we will inform you regularly about the upcoming maturity dates of newly issued invoices. Based on your request, we can send you informative SMS messages 1 - 7 days prior to the maturity date. . Simply call us at *11 and we will be happy to activate this service for you. More information

Why don't you attach a detailed list of all calls with
the invoice?
A detailed list of all calls is not part of the invoice. It is
an optional service that you can activate by calling the
Customer
Care Center. You will be charged for the service according
to the
Pricelist
of basic and optional services.
