The applicant must show their marriage certificate or new ID card, or a final ruling.

• individuals - change of academic title (see degrees listed in the example);
  other cases are regarded as a change of name

• legal entities, self-employed individuals - change of company name
  Please note that there cannot be a simultaneous change of Tax Identification Number, Company Identification Number or Birth Registration Number - in this case it is considered a transfer

• for self-employed individuals this means providing the Birth Registration/Tax Identification or Company Identification Number as supplemental information

• there is a change of the line's category (A-C; C-A) and a change of subscriber type (E-P; P-E) in the systems at the same time
