Switching subscribers
Your fixed line can be transferred to somebody else simply by filling in a form.
The easiest way to transfer your fixed line to another subscriber is to fill in an online form at our Customer Portal. You don't need any documents or additional records. In the event of any uncertainties in your form, one of our operators will contact you.
You can also transfer your line using the Setting up a Phone Line Transfer form (.pdf, in Czech only). Submit this form together with the necessary documents at an O2 Shop or post it to

Required documents
- proof of identity (ID, passport)
- entrepreneurs – confirmation of business (trade license or an extract from the Commercial Registry; no older than three months)
- authorization for the use of premises (lease contract, decree, etc.)
Documents required in special cases
Foreigners
- proof of identity valid in the Czech Republic (traveling, business, or diplomatic passport; Slovak citizens may present their personal identification cards)
- permanent or long-term residency permit
Death of original subscriber
- copy of the death certificate or confirmation of death from the attendant hospital
Original subscriber pronounced missing
- officially certified decree pronouncing the original subscriber missing
When transferring the account, the rental of any end-user devices, as well as the use of additional services of the original subscriber, is terminated. To continue using these services, please mention it in the Special Arrangements section of the form.
