Services for the disabled
We provide substantial monthly discounts towards mobile and fixed network services to our disabled customers.
If you belong to a select group of disabled individuals, you have the right to a monthly state allowance towards mobile or fixed network services. We also provide disabled customers with the substantial O2 Discount.
The discount can be used either towards mobile or fixed-line services; however, it cannot be used towards both types of services simultaneously.

O2 Discount and state allowance for selected tariffs
The state allowance and O2 Discount for ZTP cardholders can be used for the following selected tariffs
Fixed line tariffs
O2 Standard, O2 Volno, O2 Nonstop, O2 Volno Plus, O2 Start including the Expres variant. These discounts can also be used for O2 Internet ADSL high-speed Internet connections or O2 TV.

Mobile tariffs
O2 Silver, O2 Gold, O2 Platinum, O2 Diamant, including Max variants, as well as O2 Simple tariffs (240, 600, 980, 1350, 1980), O2 NEON S, O2 NEON SMS, O2 NEON M, O2 NEON L, O2 NEON XL, O2 NEON XXL, O2 NEON Basic S, O2 NEON Basic SMS, O2 NEON Basic M, O2 NEON Basic L, O2 NEON Basic XL, O2 NEON Basic XXL. If you are not a contract customer, you can activate a new tariff, switch to a tariff from a prepaid service, or switch to O2 with your current number.

The following people have the right to the discount and state support
- ZTP cardholders owing to absolute or practical deafness
- ZTP/P cardholders
- persons who have been declared invalid by a doctor in accordance with Notice No. 182/1991 Coll.
- the legal guardians of underage persons who have been placed in their charge based on the decision of a relevant authority and who are holders of either of the cards specified under 1. or 2.

If you belong to certain groups of disabled individuals and have been using 100% of your discount towards the fees for using a fixed line, you can continue to use the same amount, you do not have to submit a new request or present more documents.
