These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.

Prepaid services for the O2 TXT, O2 Mix and O2 Fajn tariffs can be used after their fees have been paid. They can be used over a period of 45 days from the activation of the tariff in the event that the amount of credit for prepaid services is less than 100 CZK, or over a period of six months from the settlement of the last payment in the amount of CZK 100 to 499, or over a period of 12 months from the settlement of the last payment in an amount of over CZK 500. Every time payments are settled, the period of usage of prepaid services is prolonged for a period that is dependent on the amount of the sum used to settle fees for prepaid services .

You can get information about the period of usage of your settled prepaid services at any time and free of charge by entering the code *104*# into your telephone. You will receive the information in the form of an SMS message.
