Switch to O2 and keep your current phone number
We will guide you through the process of switching to O2 while keeping your current number.
- Submit a number transfer request to O2.
- Cancel your contract with your current operator - we can arrange this for you.
- We will inform you about the status of the transfer process.
- On the day your number is transferred, start using your new O2 SIM card with your original number.

In order to port your number to O2 successfully, you must abide by the following rules:
- You can only port a number that you are entitled to use and that:

- is not subject to a fixed-term contract
- has not been the subject of another request for contract cancellation
- is active (has been neither cancelled nor cut off temporarily, has not been stolen)
- has positive credit (for prepaid services)
- Your cancellation request must contain all required information and be submitted duly and on time (i.e. within 10 business days after the number transfer request has been submitted)

Cancel your contract with your current operator (we will be happy to do this step for you). |
You don't have to do anything. We will inform you about the status and final date of the transfer. |
D-Day
You can start calling with your current number, which is now in the O2 network. |
