Call Holding
You don't have to end one call to take another. With Call Holding you can keep a caller waiting at the touch of a button while you attend to other business.
You can use Call Holding and switching between calls through the phone's menu (refer to the user manual for your mobile) of through network codes.

Conditions of use
You will be notified of a new incoming call only if you
have activated the
Call Waiting service.
Activation and use of the Incoming Call Indication service is free for all O2 customers.

The following services are not accessible on WAP portal if the Restriction of tel. number display on the called side service is activated: My Logo, My melodies, My picture SMS, My Chat, IQ map, Cetelem installment sale, Music charts (voting option).
*6 Individual detailed bill is provided retrospectively not more than for two billing periods.

*10 If the original subscriber concluded a contract with Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. and agreed to use the services for at least the specified period (O2's Special offer), the new subscriber can only take over the number provided he concludes a contract with Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. regarding the tel. number to be taken over binding him with the same obligation. The period is then shortened by the period of time the original subscriber used these services and rounded to whole months upwards. Should the subscriber fail to meet this obligation a contractual fine (outstanding amount) is imposed and calculated according to the pricelist of services active at the time of submittal of the original Request, resp. at the time O2’s Special offer was used
