Call Forwarding
Divert your calls to another number when you're busy, unreachable, or simply don't want to answer your phone.
All telephones in the O2 network support the call forwarding service.
Activation
New customers
As a new customer, you automatically have the service set up so that calls are forwarded to your voice mail (+420602999999) in the following instances:
- when you are out of signal range
- when your telephone is switched off
- when you do not answer a call within 30 seconds
- when you are talking on the phone
If you activate the forwarding of calls to a different telephone number, the forwarding to your voice mail will be deactivated automatically.
Current customers
As a current customer, you can activate, deactivate, and cancel the call forwarding service as needed. Options for call forwarding can usually be found in your phone's menu under " Network Services" or "Phone Settings (Call Settings) - Diverting." Individual phones may differ please consult your phone's manual for specific details and instructions.
Who pays for what?
The original caller pays his regular rate to the number dialed.
The person who has arranged to have his calls forwarded also pays for the call, at his regular rate, as if he had directly called the number to which his calls are being forwarded.
For example, Marcel calls Pavel and the call is forwarded to Ondřej. So Marcel talks to Ondřej, but pays for the call as if he called Pavel. Pavel also pays for the call, as if he himself called Ondřej directly.
