Types of calls that can be blocked

• All outgoing calls (including calls abroad)
  This feature prevents your phone from being used to make calls, but allows calls to be received.
• Outgoing calls abroad
  This feature prevents your phone from being used to make international calls. If you use this feature while traveling abroad, you can still make calls within your current country, but not to the Czech Republic.
• Outgoing calls abroad (apart from calls to the Czech Republic)
  This feature prevents your phone from being used to make international calls. If you use this feature while traveling abroad, you will be able to make calls to the Czech Republic, but not to any other countries. You will also be able to call within your current country without limits.
• All incoming calls
  This feature allows you to make calls from your phone, but prevents anyone else from reaching you.
• Incoming calls abroad
  This feature prevents you from being able to receive calls while traveling abroad.

How to activate the service

You can activate the Call Blocking service in either of two ways:

• Dial the Customer Care Center *11
• visit a brand store

Note

• This service is activated automatically and may be used free of charge with the O2 Business 200, O2 Business 300, O2 Business 600, SMS Data, and SMS Data Plus tariffs.
• This service is not available to O2 prepaid customers.
