How to get an O2 Citi payment card

Simply visit an O2 Shop in Brno or Prague, or call our toll-free line at 800 744 744, and fill in a simple request form. After the bank has approved your application, you will receive your card by post.

You need two pieces of identification (e.g. your citizen's ID, passport, driver’s license, payment card, ISIC card, or university card).
