Service activation
You can activate O2 Tandem for free, regardless of which structure you choose.
Activation in brand stores
The easiest way to activate is to visit a brand store or authorized dealer. Here our specialists will take care of everything for you - you will leave the store with the service up and running. If you want to add an existing O2 prepaid SIM card to your O2 Tandem group, don't forget to bring it with you, along with the PUK code that corresponds to that SIM card .
Activation using the automated voice menu system
O2 Tandem SIM cards may be ordered by calling the Customer Care Center at *11 - just follow the automated voice prompts.
Procedure:
- Dial *11 from any O2 mobile phone
- Press 2 for communication in English
- Press 1 for service activation and information
- Press 2 for O2 Tandem, O2 Kombi, and O2 SIM cards
- Press 1 to order, activate, or get information about O2 Tandem SIM cards
- Follow the instructions given
Your new O2 Tandem SIM cards will be sent to you via registered mail. You can then call the Customer Care Center again (from your existing phone number) to activate them.
Service update for current O2 Tandem users
- The improved version of the O2 Tandem service may be used
by current users of the original service. In the event that
you have already activated O2 Tandem but wish to take
advantage of the newer features above, please ask a specialist in any
brand store or authorized
dealer, where the original service will be updated to the
latest version of O2 Tandem.
- If, as a current user of the O2 Tandem service, you request any change to your account that falls under the conditions of the new version of this service, you will be automatically transferred to the new version of O2 Tandem.
