Activation, deactivation, and number changes can be done by sending an SMS, by calling our automated voice system or help line, or by visiting any brand store.

SMS

To activate the service:

• Send the keyword SPOLU A X Y to the phone number 999212

X = the first O2 phone number you want in your group
Y = the second O2 phone number you want in your group

Example: SPOLU A 602987654 724297088

• The people you invite will receive an invitation via SMS.
• To accept, they must send an SMS containing the keyword ANO to the phone number 999212. Without this confirmation the service cannot be activated.
• The invitation can be declined by sending an SMS containing the keyword NE to the phone number 999212.

Please note: You can create a group with just one other member. The third member can be added later at any time. To do this, send an SMS containing the keyword SPOLU A X to the phone number 999212.

X = the O2 phone number you want in your group

The SMS invitation must be answered within 24 hours. During this time you will not be able to receive invitations from any other O2 Spolu group. You can, however, create your own group during this time.

To deactivate the service:

• Send an SMS containing the keyword SPOLU D to the phone number 999212.
• All group members will be informed immediately that you have deactivated it.
• Deactivation is free of charge and can be done at any time.

To change the members of your group:

• First deactivate the service as described above.
• Then activate the service again with the phone numbers of your choice.

To get information about the service:

• Send an SMS containing the keyword SPOLU I to the phone number 999212.

You will immediately see all phone numbers in the group, the discount level, and the monthly fees.

When sending an SMS to activate, deactivate, or get information about the service, you pay the same amount as for a regular SMS according to your tariff.

Automated voice system

Dial *11 from your phone. Choose English and follow the automated voice prompts to activate the service.

You'll be asked to enter the phone numbers you wish to have in your O2 Spolu group. These people will receive an invitation via SMS. To accept, they must send an SMS containing the keyword ANO to the phone number 999212. This activates the service. The invitation can be declined by sending an SMS containing the keyword NE to the phone number 999212.

The automated voice system can also be used to deactivate the service or to change group members.
