Instructions

If you don't have enough credit to call or text:

• send the code *145*XXXXXXXXX# like you're making a normal call
• the person you are contacting  then gets the following message (in both Czech and English): "Odesílatel této zprávy již nemá kredit a dovoluje si vás požádat o jeho dobití. O2 / The sender of this SMS requests you charge up the credit on their SIM card . O2"

XXXXXXXXX is the nine-digit phone number of the receiving party in any Czech mobile network.

The service can be used up to ten times per month. The service cannot be used if the receiving party is abroad.

Tip for Nokia mobile phones! Save the person you request credit recharges from the most in your contact list. Send the keyword BEZKREDITU XXXXXXXXX to the phone number 999111. You will immediately receive a virtual business card to save in your phone's contact list. Then whenever you need to ask this person for credit, simply find this person in the list and "call" them. The receiving party then gets a message with your request to recharge your credit.

Don't miss a single important call. If you don't have enough credit, use the free O2 Ozvi se (Call Me) service and call on the receiving party's account.
