O2 Na příjmu

The O2 Na příjmu (O2 Reception) service is ideal when you're trying to call somebody who is unavailable because they don't have a signal. When the person you're trying to reach can receive calls again, we inform you free of charge by sending you an SMS informing you that you can call their number again.

How it works

1. you call an O2 mobile number but receive a message that the person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable (or you get their voice mail)
2. if both you and the person you are calling have the O2 Na příjmu service activated, you can simply hang up and wait (or you can leave a message in their voice mail)
3. as soon as the requested number is available, you will receive an SMS message that lets you know you can call them again

More information

This service is useful:

• when the person you are calling has no signal (in the metro, when traveling through a tunnel…)
• when the person you are calling has turned off their mobile phone
• when the phone of the person you are calling has a dead battery

As mobile customers both you and the receiving party can use the O2 Na příjmu service free of charge.

Activation and deactivation

The service can be deactivated or activated again individually.

Via an SMS

- to activate the service, send an SMS with the keyword NAPRIJMU A to the phone number 999235
- to deactivate the service, send an SMS with the code NAPRIJMU D to 999235

By calling

- the Customer Care Center line at *11

The O2 Na příjmu service can be combined with the O2 Spojovatelka (O2 Operator) service,which informs you when the number you are calling is no longer busy.
