Unlimited Line for more effective business

Telefónica O2 is offering business customers a simple and transparent solution. The operator is providing the O2 Unlimited Line service, which is based on voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) technology and enables the integration of voice and data connections with the outside world through one connection. The service, which is being used primarily by small and mid-sized firms, provides maximum simplicity, comfort, and the opportunity for rapid expansion by other users.

VoIP telephony simply allows for the transmission of voice through data lines. IP Centrex is technology that enhances VoIP with the functions of a branch exchange and PC telephony applications, such as call management from a computer, or selection from a phone directory by clicking on the party for which a user is searching.

The main benefit of the service is access to a virtual phone exchange that does not require investment into its establishment, maintenance, and operation. This also means that it is possible to use it at more than location as a unified system. End users get the benefits of personalization - they can adjust service settings easily on their computers - and flexibility - the number of users (telephone number) is easy to change. To distinguish the offer for both segments, for small and mid-sized firms the service is going by the name of O2 Unlimited Line (O2 Neomezenálinka) and for corporate customers it is being offered under the name O2 Virtual Exchange (O2 Virtuální ústředna). The service is supplied by Ericsson Czech Republic.

In the O2 Unlimited Line version, the customer also gets unlimited calling to all fixed-line numbers in the Czech Republic and an IP phone of their choice. The monthly fee per user is CZK 230 if they choose a standard IP phone and CZK 280 for an above-standard model. For CZK 500, they can get a bundle of 1,000 minutes for calling numbers in mobile networks in the Czech Republic.
