Changes in the company supervisory board and the board of directors

The Supervisory Board of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s., had its meeting today after termination of the General Meeting, confirmed Jaime Smith Basterra in the office of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and elected Alfonso Alonso Durán in the office of 1st Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

At this meeting the Supervisory Board also elected Jesús Pérez de Uriguen as a member of the Board of Directors of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. with effect as of 1 May 2008, who is to replace Ramón Ros Bigeriego whose resignation takes effect on 30 April 2008, and re-elected Petr Slováček and Juraj Šedivý as members of the Board of Directors of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s.
