18.1.2008
A special contest to win a seat on substitutes' bench of a club of the O2 ice hockey extra-league knows its first winner. The contest was organised for all hockey fans by Telefónica O2, the general partner of the ice-hockey extra-league in collaboration with individual teams. The first winner to enjoy the privilege of sitting on the substitutes' bench of HC Sparta Praha is Jiří Inneman from Prague 5. His estimate of the audience gathered at a home match of his team in the 38 th round of the extra-league was the most precise of all. The distribution of further prizes will follow step by step in all extra-league clubs.
"We are pleased that thanks to the clubs, the agencies BPA and APK, 14 winners can enjoy the live atmosphere of a hockey match right on the scene. The first person to experience this unique opportunity is a fan of HC Sparta Praha. He will be joined by further winners from other extra-league clubs, saysTomáš Dufek, Manager for Sponsoring and Interactive Partnership of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic adding that "We believe that owing to our excellent cooperation with the extra-league clubs, similar activities (not only standard services) will enable our fans to live the electrifying moments of an ice-hockey match."< /span>
