Eurotel Brings Exclusive Live Coverage of the World Ice-Hockey Championship to Your Mobiles
Prague, 27th April 2006 – Eurotel Praha, spol. s r. o., the official partner of the Czech National Ice-Hockey Team, is going to bring its customers exclusive mobile services featuring this year’s World Ice-Hockey Championship. Eurotel is the only operator in the Czech market offering brand new Mobile Hockey TV service enabling customers to watch live broadcast directly in their mobile handset.

Thanks to this partnership ice-hockey fans can watch live coverage of important matches even though they are unable to visit the game or watch it on a large-screen display or TV. Mobile Hockey TV service will be available on-line 24-hours-a-day, customers will be able to download the following features into their mobile telephones:- Live coverage of the Czech National Team games - live broadcast of the Czech TV

- Goals - Czech National Team games
- Goals - the finals
- Daily reviews
To order Mobile Hockey TV customers send SMS in format HOKEJTV to the following number 999888. Customers will be charged 75 CZK for the service provided during the entire World Ice-Hockey Championship. All customers will be able to try Mobile Hockey TV completely free of charge and watch the opening games of the championship featuring also the Czech Republic and Latvia in their mobile on 5th May.
In addition to the brand new Mobile Hockey TV customers will enjoy Video, SMS or MMS info service and receive news from Riga, Latvia. Eurotel is going to offer many service packages just for the price of an activation fee; customers will not be charged for transmitted data, SMS or MMS.
Video info service
For 75 CZK ice-hockey fans will receive for example videos of all goals scored in the games of the Czech National Team within 10 minutes after they are scored (to activate this service customers send SMS in format GOL to the number 999888) or of the best moments (SMS in format MOMENTS to the number 999888). Customers will be able to watch the games on all mobile telephones enabled for video, JAVA or UMTS.
SMS info service
If customers activate On-line SMS info service (SMS in format A CESI SMS to the number 999888), they will be kept informed about activities of the Czech National Team. For only 50 CZK customers will receive SMS info on score changes, goal scorers and the final score. Other services offered by Eurotel include for example Final Review with information on scores of all teams (to activate the service customers send SMS in format A MS SMS to the number 999888).
SMS/MMS info service
Combined SMS and MMS info will bring SMS coverage of the Czech National Team games. After a game is over customers will receive MMS showing details and main features. Customers will be charged 90 CZK for activation of the service (SMS in format A CESI to the number 999888). Final Review and main features will be offered for the same charge (to activate this service customers send SMS in format A CESI to the number 999888).Ice-hockey supporters are sure to enjoy special ice-hockey editions. There are logos, ring tones and welcome melodies, photos of players or pictures prepared for them.
