Early spring brings radical changes for all Eurotel prepaid customers. The leading operator reconstructed all its prepaid tariffs and starting from 3rd April the company will offer brand new tariffs to its customers of prepaid services. Three types of tariffs will be available, their common features are simple structure and flat price all day long.

"We are continuously monitoring behavior of our customers and we try to design our services so that they best reflect their current needs and requirements. That is why we've come up with the new tariff structure. New prepaid tariffs are just as our customers like them: simple, straightforward and the price is very attractive," says Andrei Marc Torriani, Chief Commercial Officer for residential segment of Eurotel Praha, spol. s r.o., and he adds: "We've prepared three basic tariffs. The first tariff is designed for those who are very fond of texting and make voice calls only occasionally. The second tariff brings great prices for customers who regularly top up their credit. The third tariff is designed for users who enjoy freedom, call all networks including foreign ones, and prefer being free from contracts."

Go TXT - …I prefer texting from calling!

This tariff is designed especially for customers who prefer texting or MMS from voice calls, which they make rarely. There are single flat rates for calling and for SMS and MMS messages, the flat rates do not change during the day. For calls directed to the network of Eurotel customers will be charged CZK 5.90/min, calls to other networks and to fixed lines will be charged CZK 7.40/min. This tariff offers very attractive SMS and MMS rates - as little as CZK 2 per SMS and CZK 6.90 per MMS. Another advantage this tariff offers is the unique opportunity to select one number to which customers can send unlimited number of SMS for free. Until the end of April this weekly package will be free of charge. From May, customers will pay CZK 35 for its activation on a weekly basis.

Eurotel Go MIX - great price for calling and SMS for those who top up regularly

The second tariff is designed for customers who top up their credit frequently and on a regular basis. The tariff makes it possible for customers to decide how much they are going to spend on calling and on SMS in the following month; frequent recharging will give them an opportunity to save considerable amounts. If they top up at least CZK 400 in total during one month, they will be automatically entitled to better price for calling and SMS in the following month. Thanks to that customers can send SMS for CZK 1.40 and call Eurotel network for CZK 3.60/min all day long.

Eurotel Fajn - for customers who wish to call and send SMS to all networks at any time of the day and want to be free of contracts

Eurotel Fajn tariff is designed for customers who make frequent calls and send SMS to all networks including foreign ones and do not want to be bound by contracts. They will enjoy rates that remain the same all day long. Moreover, the rates remain the same for calls directed to the network of Eurotel as well as the other networks and fixed line! Customers will be charged CZK 5.50 per minute of call and CZK 3.20 for SMS and CZK 9.50 for MMS. This tariff is ideally complemented by free "weekend calling". It is offered as a weekend package for CZK 50, customers who activate this service can make free of charge calls in the Eurotel network during the entire weekend. Customers will also benefit from the great price for calls directed to selected countries with Eurotel Fajn tariff. With Net Call *55 they will pay CZK 3.90/min for calling Slovakia, CZK 4.90/min for calling Russia, and 7.90/min for calling Poland or Great Britain.

In April Go boxes for CZK 45; customers transferring from competition get their Go box free of charge

There are two Go boxes with Go TXT and Eurotel Fajn tariffs prepared for new customers. Customers will get their Go TXT box for as little as CZK 95. The package contains CZK 50 credit, i.e. customers will only pay CZK 45 for their SIM card! Eurotel Fajn box is for CZK 245 and includes initial CZK 200 credit. Once again customers pay only CZK 45 for the package. Customers who decide to transfer to Eurotel from competitive operators and take their number with them can benefit from a special offer and get their SIM card for free. They will only pay initial CZK 300 credit.

Transferring between tariffs

Transfer from existing to new tariffs is free of charge for customers. In the course of April customers will have an opportunity to try all the new tariffs, there will be no fees charged for changing among the new tariffs. Starting from 1st May the first transfer among tariffs will be free of charge, CZK 95 will be charged for every other transfer.

Go Bod Plus - new loyalty program for prepaid customers

The innovated loyalty program for prepaid customers offering up to 40 % top up bonus to customers is valid from 3rd April. Customers enroll to the program free of charge by sending SMS with text "GOBOD P" to number 999220 to earn points every time they top up their credit (1 CZK = 1 point). Customers will be given more points for their loyalty to Eurotel. The longer they use their Eurotel SIM card, the more loyalty points they earn every month. In the following month they can exchange the points for their credit top up.

Free of charge calling after 3rd minute of call extended until the end of May; the best price guarantee valid until further notice

In addition to the new prepaid tariffs, some special offers designed also for contract customers remain valid. This applies also to free of charge calling after 3rd minute of call. "Originally this was a Christmas present for our customers, which has turned into a real attractive winner. Customers can call for one hour and only pay for the first three minutes of their call. Our original intention was to terminate the offer on the last day of December, but the customer response made us extend it till the end of May," says Andrei Marc Torriani, and he summarizes: "From the beginning of the promo on 7th November 2005 until the end of the previous week we gave our customers 127 million free minutes. Go customers used 62 million free of charge minutes and prepaid customers used even more - almost 65 million minutes."

The unrivalled best mobile handset price guarantee also continues. If customer purchases a mobile handset in a Eurotel brand store, and documents within 14 days of purchase that the same handset type can be purchased cheaper elsewhere, s/he will receive a discount on services equal to the price difference plus another 10 % of the difference amount. This offer is valid for all new and existing contract as well as prepaid customers until further notice.
