It is now possible to recharge mobiles through fixed lines with the use of the Internet or SMS messages. In addition to increasing credit through the toll-free number 800 123 456, prepaid Eurotel GO card users can also use the ČESKÝ TELECOM portal at http://portal.telecom.cz, or a coloured line on 844 333 666.
ČESKÝ TELECOM presented services that enable users to recharge their mobile credit through fixed lines two months ago with the introductory offer of increasing the amount of the credit recharge by 10%. With the firm’s expanding functionality, it is prolonging the duration of this special offer until the end of the school year.
The services are easy to use. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout the world. Customers do not need cash for this service as they pay for the credit increase through their monthly statement for their fixed lines. Activation and operation of the services are free of charge.
Individual methods of recharging credit:
1. Through a toll-free line on 800 123 456
The service can be activated through the toll-free line on 800 123 456. The customer only needs to know the reference number of the station from which they are calling. This is available on every statement for telecommunications services. Ensuing usage of the Go credit recharging service is protected by a PIN code that is chosen during the activation process.
Then the customer simply needs to call 800 123 456 any time, enter their PIN, the amount of credit that is to be recharged and the telephone number of the mobile phone that is to have its credit increased. Every month one or more mobile phone numbers can be recharged with up to CZK 1,500 of credit, the minimum amount is CZK 200.
2.Through SMS
In order to recharge phones with credit through SMS it is necessary to activate the service through the Internet portal. Then the customer simply sends an SMS to 900 30 03; the SMS should be in the following format:

3.Through the Internet
The Internet portal at http://portal.telecom.cz enables users to set up the service for other mobile telephones, limits and their security PINs. It also provides them with the opportunity to have informative messages about every recharge they have made delivered to them through SMS as well as email. At the same time, customers can recharge an arbitrary phone with a prepaid Eurotel Go card.
4.Through coloured lines
For those interested, the service has also been set up through a paid coloured line on 844 333 666 (1.98 CZK/min without VAT for the first minute, 90 hellers for every minute after that) where it is possible to recharge credit through an operator after providing information required for verification. This service is available every day from 06:30 to 24:00.
