ČESKÝ TELECOM HELPS CUSTOMERS IN FLOODED AREAS

In cases where telephone lines have been damaged by the ongoing floods, ČESKÝ TELECOM is offering customers in flooded areas assistance by providing them with selected services free of charge. The operator’s special “flood” package consists of:
- free call rerouting to a selected telephone number in the Czech Republic or to the Memobox service
- free Memobox installation
- a free line transfer
- reduced fees for using a fixed line over a period that corresponds with that during which the line was out of service
Customers can order these services as of today, April 6, 2006 by calling 800 123 456.
