CHANGES TO THE COMPANY’S SUPERVISORY BOARD AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Supervisory Board of ČESKÝ TELECOM, a.s., which held a meeting today following the conclusion of the company’s regular general meeting, executed changes to the positions of its Chairman and First Vice-Chairman. The new Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Peter Anthony Erskine and the new First Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Julio Esteban Linares López.
In concurrence with the amendments to the company’s statutes, which increased the number of positions in the company’s Board of Directors from five to a total of nine, the Supervisory Board elected four new members to ČESKÝ TELECOM’s Board of Directors. These new members are Fernando Astiaso Laín, Ing. Martin Bek, JUDr. Jakub Chytil and Antonio Botas Bañuelos.
