O2 Cheerleaders are the first semi-professional team of cheerleaders in the Czech Republic. The team was formed at the beginning of 2001 with the assistance of e2k Sports, a Californian company managing the famous team of cheerleaders named "San Diego 49ers Gold Rushers", for instance, and cooperating closely on the projects of Ricky Martin or Jennifer Lopez. A number of times already, the spectators have had a chance to see for themselves how excellent the cheerleaders are not only in cheering the sportsmen but also in putting the sports fans in the right mood at many sports events held during the last season. Today, our cheerleaders are eagerly awaited already and greeted by applause, particularly at ice hockey matches and during the live broadcasting of ice hockey matches on Old Town Square in Prague.
