Prices for domestic tariffs are in CZK per minute/SMS/MMS including VAT (not including 20% VAT). Billing is for each minute started.
*1 In the period from 1.12.2005 until 31.1.2010 the price is decreased to CZK 1.00 including VAT (CZK 0.83 not including VAT). The O2 Video Calling service is billed in whole minutes. The price for the O2 Web Video Calling service is the same as the price for the O2 Video Calling service.
Free units in terms of the tariff are not transferred to the next billing period and not applied for calls, SMS or MMS provided in terms of benefits.
Free SMS are also applied in the direction of the fixed network. It is not possible to use O2 Tandem, O2 Star, O2 Spolu, O2 Duet, Volej domů zdarma, O2 Moje Firma or O2 Jdu taky services together with the tariff.
O2 NEON tariffs are provided as a part of the Special offer regime conditioned by a commitment to use services of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. for a minimum period of 24 months. This Special offer can be used for the entire period of the commitment. After expiry of the 24-month period the commitment is extended automatically for the same period of time, however, subscribers are entitled to reject the automatic extension anytime. In case of the rejection, the subscriber loses the right to the benefit provided as a part of this Special offer and gains the benefit provided to the O2 NEON Basic tariff corresponding to the original or lately used tariff. The subscriber may choose other tariffs currently offered by Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. If the subscriber fails to meet the conditions of this offer or GT&C;, Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. can seek a penalty according to Cl. 11.6 of the GT&C; in the amount of CZK 150 per each month remaining to expiry of the commitment arising from this Special offer.
This Special Offer – tariff cannot be combined with any other Special Offer. The only exception is the combined Special Tariff Offer and a Discounted Phone, in which case the subscriber undertakes to use the agreed services for at least 36 months. If the subscriber breaches the terms of this offer or General Terms and Conditions, Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. may claim a contractual penalty, in accordance with Article 11.6 of the General Terms and Conditions, of CZK 250 for each month until the commitment arising from the Special Offer expires.
