O2 Email on your mobile
Setting up your phone to send and receive emails is simple. Our specialists at the Care Center for Corporate Customers or at brand stores and authorized dealers will be happy to assist you.
You will need the following to access your email via mobile phone:
- a suitable telephone with a built-in email client
- an activated voice tariff
- an activated data tariff (your phone must be set up for data transmission)
- an email account
Step-by-step
-
Get a telephone with a built-in email
client
First of all, search our phone portfolio for the phone you would like to use. Go to the individual web page of your phone, and look at the chart at the bottom of the page to see if the phone has an email client.
If your phone does not have an email client, you can purchase a new one - with a built-in email client - at a subsidized price. The specialists at our customer care lines or at O2 Shops will be glad to help you to choose the perfect mobile.
