What is a hot spot?
A hot spot is a WiFi access point located in a public place. Here you can easily plug into the Internet and your email - without the plug - and enjoy a fast, reliable connection. O2 Hot Spot hot spots are conveniently located throughout the Czech Republic.
Where can you connect to the O2 Hot Spot service?
Locations where the O2 Hot Spot service is available are labeled with an O2 Hot Spot sticker or with an O2 sign (see pictures on the right).
All users of this service have access to the networks of WiFi hot spots belonging to both O2. O2 Hot Spot can be used at 209 places around the Czech Republic. Access points can be found in many prominent hotels and conference centers, at exhibition halls and fairgrounds, at airports, in cafeterias, in the common areas of office complexes, and on the premises of many companies.
How do you find the nearest hot spot?
You can get an up-to-date list of all locations by calling the Customer Care Center *11 (when calling from the O2 network) or by calling 800 33 00 11 from any landline in the Czech Republic.
