O2 TV offers a summer full of movies

Telefónica O2 offers all customers a summer full of movies. As part of a special offer, all O2 TV digital television subscribers can now watch HBO absolutely free of charge on selected days. Also, hot hits in the Video on Demand virtual rental shop are available all summer long for less than half price. The holiday movie marathon begins on June 30, 2009.
"The summer months represent rest and relaxation, and this includes good movies. Therefore, we have prepared a unique opportunity for our customers to choose the best new movies on the popular channel HBO as well as through the Video on Demand service. They can enjoy such titles as Journey to the Center of the Earth, Taken, Anglické jahody (English Strawberries), and several other new releases during the summer," says Petr Matějovský, Director for Marketing, Residential Segment, Telefónica O2, adding, "Customers can now also take advantage of our special O2 TV summer offer. With activation together with O2 Internet by August 16, they can have O2 TV for just 300 crowns per month for one year."
A summer full of movies with O2 TV
For more enjoyable summer months, O2 TV offers customers several benefits. Every Tuesday and Wednesday from June 30 to August 26, 2009, they can watch HBO, the biggest and most successful film channel in the world, for free. During the same period they can also rent selected Video on Demand titles for an entire day for the discounted price of CZK 39 per movie. This means saving CZK 44 off the regular price. Several new releases have been prepared for them this summer.
O2 TV summer offer
All customers who order O2 TV and sign a 24-month contract by August 16, 2009 can watch their favorite shows on digital channels with a discount of CZK 100 per month for a period of one year. This means they pay just CZK 550 with VAT per month of service usage, or CZK 300 with VAT per month when added to the O2 Internet service. O2 TV also includes access to an archive of previously broadcast television shows, as well as Video on Demand. Customers can buy on the installment the special HD set-top box required to operate the service for CZK 130 with VAT per month, or they can buy it for CZK 2,900 with VAT.
O2 TV digital television offers customers a wide selection of television channels and hundreds of films through Video on Demand. In addition to a wealth of channels, O2 TV customers can rent the latest films whenever they want simply by pressing a button on their remote controls. TV Archive is another remarkable service, especially for serial fans. All customers can find reruns of all popular Czech serials and television news shows for up to seven days after their original broadcast date. Of course, the service also features TV Guide, which enables customers to get detailed information about shows and programs on each channel.
