What is the Data Line?
Customers who have questions about hardware and software settings related to O2 Email services can call the O2 Email Line at 14141. Our specialists will help customers manually set up data services such as WAP , MMS, email client, Push-to-Talk, Java , etc.
Data Line specialists are available every day from 8am to 10pm and will be glad to provide you with information about:
- Hardware and software installation related to connections provided by O2
- Testing connection functionality, plus solving problems related to the use of data services
- GPRS , HSCSD , email, ADSL, WiFi , FAX, SMS Connector, and Office Connector
The helpful staff at brand stores and authorized implementation partners will be happy to install your O2 Email services for you.

Also, if you are experiencing any problems with your O2 Email services, we recommend you first call the Customer Care Center toll-free at *11.
