Information about providers of third-party services for premium SMS/MMS and Audiotex services includes an alphabetical list of partner companies, lists of active numbers, and contact data (info phone lines and email addresses).
Premium SMS
Premium SMS are short text messages that provide O2 customers with access to our partner company services. A customer can be charged anywhere between CZK 1.50 to CZK 99 for the delivery of a Premium SMS, depending on the type of requested service.

Audiotex
Audiotex is a content-based voice service to which a special tariff applies. It provides Telefónica O2 customers with access to partner company services.

A change in billing for third-party services
Premium SMS/MMS, Audiotex, and Donor SMS (DMS) services are listed at the bottom of the customer's invoice. O2 customers are provided with the above-mentioned services by partner companies that are responsible for service quality, processing complaints, and, as of late, issuing tax documents for services rendered.
