What does the self-installation kit contain?

The self-installation kit contains a set-top box and a modem. The kit also includes a detailed, easy-to-follow installation guide and other relevant documents.

When will I get the self-installation kit after placing my order?

The self-installation kit will be delivered by post to the address you specified in the order form after verification of service availability on your fixed line.

Where can I order the self-installation kit?

You can order the self-installation kit together with the O2 TV service. You can do this at any O2 shop or by calling the toll-free O2 line at 800 02 02 02.

How much will I pay for the self-installation kit?

On your invoice for the self-installation kit you will see the price of the modem (which depends on type of modem) plus postage, which is CZK 99 (CZK 117.81 incl. VAT). The invoice will also include charges for leasing the set-top box, under the applicable pricelist.

What shall I do if I am unable to install O2 TV with the self-installation package?

First, please check whether you have followed the instructions in the guides that are included with the devices. You can see a demo of the installation on this website - simply click "Installation Demo" in the left menu of the page describing how O2 TV works. If you are still unable to activate the service, please call us, toll-free, at 800 184 084. Alternatively, you can make arrangements with one of our technicians to come to your home to install the devices on-site. However, this type of installation is a paid service, for which you will be charged according to the current pricelist.
