Self-installation package – the fastest way to install O2 TV

Your time matters to us. Therefore, we have prepared a self-installation package that enables you to install O2 TV yourself comfortably and easily. As an added bonus, if you order O2 TV with the self-installation package, your first two film rentals from the 'Films' category of the Videotéka (Video Library) are just CZK 1 each (CZK 1.19 incl. VAT).

Within ten days after ordering the service, you will receive a self-installation package from us. This package contains a modem, set-top box and all the relevant manuals and documents. You will also be provided with a detailed instructional video, so installation will be a breeze.

The modem is transferred to the ownership of the customer the moment the customer accepts the package at a pick up point, i.e. the customer's respective post office. For this reason, the modem includes an unconfirmed letter of guarantee. The guarantee period for the modem, which is part of the O2 TV self-installation package, begins the moment the package is accepted by the customer (sec. 621 of Act No. 40/1964 Sb., Civil Code, as amended).
