Fraud Protect

Fraud Protect protects the custome from abuse of their telecommunications devices. It will monitor and protect your equipment against fraud - a corrupt effort to obtain direct or indirect access to your firm's telecommunications network and avoid payment for the services provided. We will set the parameters of the service exactly according to your requirements and limits, either on all or only on selected telecommunications devices.

Protection

Fraud Protect protects the customer against unauthorized, undesirable or uneconomical use of telecommunications devices connected to the Telefónica O2 Czech Republic network.

  • internal or external interference with the customer's end-user devices
  • unauthorized use of the customer's equipment
  • prohibited international calls to specific countries
  • calls outside of the permitted time interval
  • extremely long and expensive calls
  • calls to forbidden tariff zones

Analysis

  • we will provide you with all the data collected through the monitoring utility of the Fraud Protect service within two business days after fraudulent usage has been detected
  • we will provide you with the analysis and profile of telecommunications services in the form of tables and graphs, either as a one-off service or regularly every month, according to the terms that have been agreed upon.

Monitoring

We can monitor all or selected types of telephone calls. We also offer a comprehensive way of protection against fraud - the analysis, creation, and monitoring of your profile of usage of telecommunications services.
