Conditions for commercial use of O2 Cell Info

The service works in the geographic footprint of an individual receiver - a company can therefore only transmit commercial Cell Info messages within the cell where their business (company HQ, shop, or activity) is located.

Content of Cell Info messages

• Messages must be truthful and may not contradict Czech law, including laws on economic competition.
• If an O2 Cell Info message is being transmitted within an outdoor cell (i.e., not from within a building), it must be clear what or who the message is connected to (that is, it must include the name of the company, product, etc.).
